I felt so safe staying here at ice Kamala hotel; and what an amazing price for what you get. They say the hotel is 2 star but the room was more comfy and clean than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Hotel family run and very friendly.

I liked everything. I have nothing too complain about.

We went to Phuket for a wedding. I booked Ice Kamala Beach Hotel because it was cheap and very close to other family members staying nearby at a resort.. Was pleasantly surprised at the huge, size of the rooms, very clean, nice bathroom, efficient a/C. The staff were lovely, seemed to be an extended family, usually at least one baby on hand. Had enough English to be useful when we had queries. It was our (me, daughter & son-in- law) first trip to Phuket and I reckon we stayed in the nicest area. Hotel very close to beach, 7/11 convenience store, massages, taxis, tours, money exchange, quiet street, every kind of food at our fingertips. Breakfast was great for the price-fruit, cereal, salad, fried rice, eggs, toast, jam, tea & coffee. Hope to go back soon.

Cold eggs for breakfast, no jug in room as advertised but I didn't mention it to staff. I'm sure it would have been addressed if I had. Anyway, It was much nicer to sit at our favourite bar on the beach and have coffee under an umbrella with sand between my toes.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the twin room with garden views, everything was perfect, the staff were great, perfect.

That it was using local people in employment. The room was nice size with patio that you could relax on. Staff tried to please in many ways. Thank you to all staff for their care. Yes I will return and have already told travellers about this hotel if you keep the pricing in the same level with small increase to cover increase cost of goods you will do well.

I would only suggest that you might like to try to vary the breakfast menu a little as the same food every morning is not appealing.

the rooms are clean and they have an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. you can see garden from your window. guests have all their needs satisfied by the amiable and very good staff.

We had a fantastic time at Ice! The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and shops. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The owners' daughters were so helpful and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay.

Great location, which is close to the beach and mountains and it is quiet. Large and clean rooms, which are quiet. Ice Kamala is a small hotel and therefore it suits me as it is not noisy. I would stay there again.

Everyone was affable as well as owner. Had essentials needed in the twin room, including an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware. Everywhere there was fairly clean...

The rooms at Ice Kamala Beach Hotel are so cozy and comforting with their hardwood furnishings. It feels like a home away from home for me.

Personally, I found the free WiFi a bit unreliable at times. But hey, everyone's standards for WiFi are different, so you might not mind it at all.

This place offers quiet rooms with private bathrooms and has an unbeatable location near the beach, restaurants, mosque, convenience store, and other shops.

The vibe here was really chill and peaceful. the location is top-notch, with cool spots like Pang Chang Kamala not too far away – just a short distance from here. And to top it off, the airport is just a quick 30 km away. 🌴
